An exceptional experience from beginning to end at ZZZ HEAD SPA JAPAN. My stylist was so warm, attentive and accommodating, and she did an incredible job with my Japanese straightening. After more than 15 years of having this treatment, I can confidently say this is one of the best results I have ever had. My hair has never looked better. The wash and treatment, including the most relaxing head massage, were such a highlight. The whole visit felt calm, professional and indulgent in the best way. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend ZZZ HEAD SPA JAPAN to anyone considering Japanese straightening.

Exceptional service from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. I arrived 10 minutes late and was literally running to the salon, but Kazuki, my hairstylist, immediately checked on me and brought me cold water, such a lifesaver! I absolutely love the hair colour he did for me, and the hair spa was incredible, perfect pressure, so relaxing and professional. Highly recommend this salon and Kazuki. I recently visited ZZZ Head Spa and had a wonderful experience. I showed the staff reference photos and was hoping for a brighter color, though it ended up a bit darker than expected. Still, I’m really happy with the final result! Marina, who did both my colour and cut, was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and I’m thrilled with both the haircut and the colour. I went for one bleach colour and a haircut, and at $250, I felt it was a very reasonable price for such great service. I highly recommend this salon!

Highly recommend! I went for a premium headspa and haircut with no specific style in mine (just wanted it cut around shoulder length). Kasumi was very thoughtful and experienced; providing suggestions to suit my lifestyle (daily wash, low maintenance / minimal styling time). She was detail-focused and took time at the end to do a check/touch-up cut after blow-drying. The headspa experience was very relaxing. I especially enjoyed the scalp massage. My scalp felt so clean and refreshed afterward.

I really enjoyed my experience at the salon. My stylist was Kazuki, who gave me an excellent head spa massage treatment and haircut! I wish I got to have a more thorough consultation about my haircut at the beginning of my appointment however - it would have been a little easier to show and explain the things I didn't like about my last haircut (done at a different salon). But still, Kazuki managed to understand what I was talking about and he did a great haircut and listened to me. It would have just given me a little more confidence at the start (especially it being my first time at the salon) that we were both on the same page of understanding. I look forward to returning in 8 weeks for my next appointment. Thank you for taking care of me and my hair!
